CCGW, an acronym inspired by another well and widely known acronym that made a difference in the business of security and safety - CCTV: Closed Circuit Television. This is CCGW: Closed-Circuit GRAMMAR WATCH.
Why do we need to watch grammar? It's all about communication. Bad grammar can be funny but it can also be irritating. The most crucial of all is when it fails to communicate properly. It can make a sentence confusing, or worst, it can change the meaning completely. What we just do in our heads is assume what they are trying to say. However, assuming can also get some into trouble.
While it's fun to post the work of these grammar bandits and showcase it to the world through this blog, my goal is to be able to help them. We can never take away the use of the English language in our communication. What is the edge of this country anyway in this world? It's the English-speaking people. Let's level up and help these grammar bandits with their difficulty.
I think this makes me what they call a "Grammar Nazi". Ok, so that's what I am. My goal is to unite all of us, Grammar Nazis and work together towards a country with English masters!
The Philippines - the best English speaking and WRITING people in Asia!
